Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan; add cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon stick. Fry until they crackle.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, yogurt and brown sugar. Fry until the oil separates. Adjust seasoning with salt.
- Add the peas and whole milk fudge. Pour in a cup of hot water and cook until the peas become tender. Sprinkle with garam masala.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Green peas, shelled
- 150 grams Whole milk fudge, liquidized
- 100 grams Yogurt, whisked
- 100 grams Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1" Cinnamon stick
- Red chilli powder and Salt to taste
