Preparation Method :
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
 - Add the frozen sweet corn and peas, stir-fry for about 10-12 minutes. Add the salt and chilli powder and fry for a further 3-5 minutes.
 - Sprinkle over the lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
 - Transfer the chicken and pepper mixture to serving plates and serve with the fried corn and peas.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 220 grams frozen sweet corn
 - 220 grams frozen peas
 - 50 grams unsalted butter
 - 2 teaspoon lemon juice
 - Salt and chilli powder, to taste
 - Fresh coriander leaves, to garnish
