Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the cumin seeds and, once they have browned, the coriander, turmeric, chilli and salt.
- Add the okra after 10 seconds and stir-fry until it is just cooked.
- Stir in the dried mango powder, adjust the seasoning and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 225 grams okra, wiped, topped, tailed and sliced
- 25 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Chilli powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Dried mango powder, to taste
