Preparation Method :
- Spread the okra on a flat dish and add gram flour mixture without adding water. Mix gently to coat evenly.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the okra mixture in batches. Do not allow the slices to stick to each other.
- Remove with a slotted spoon when evenly crisp and brown. Similarly, fry the remaining portion.
- Serve hot garnished with ginger and green chilies.
INGREDIENTS
- 550 grams Okra, cut lengthwise into 4 slices
- IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
Mix Together (Gram Flour Mixture)
- 3 tablespoon Gram flour
- 1 teaspoon, Garam masala
- ½ teaspoon Mango powder
- ¼ teaspoon Chaat masala
- Red chilli powder and Salt to taste
Garnish
- 2-3 Green chillies, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, julienned
