CRUNCHY OKRA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Spread the okra on a flat dish and add gram flour mixture without adding water. Mix gently to coat evenly.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the okra mixture in batches. Do not allow the slices to stick to each other.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon when evenly crisp and brown. Similarly, fry the remaining portion.
  • Serve hot garnished with ginger and green chilies.

INGREDIENTS

Mix Together (Gram Flour Mixture)

  • 3 tablespoon Gram flour  
  • 1 teaspoon, Garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon Mango powder  
  • ¼ teaspoon Chaat masala
  • Red chilli powder and Salt to taste

Garnish

  • 2-3 Green chillies, sliced  
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, julienned
