MUSHROOMS COOKED WITH ONIONS

Preparation Method :
- Melt the butter in a pan and glaze the dried red chillies in it, remove and reserve.
- Add the onions in the same butter when hot. Stir continuously till the onions are translucent.
- Add the mushrooms and salt. Stir-fry over high heat for about 3-5 minutes or till the moisture evaporates. Then add the green chillies and dried red chillies.
- Garnish with ginger and Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Button mushrooms, large, Washed, pat dried. Trim the stalks, do not cut or slice
- 4 teaspoon Butter
- 3 Dried red chillies, wiped clean with moist cloth
- 250 grams Onions, medium-sized, finely sliced
- Salt to taste
- 3 Green chillies, deseeded, slit lengthwise
- 2" piece Ginger, scraped, washed, cut into strips
