MUSHROOM WITH SAUCY CHEESE

Preparation Method :
- Cut the mushroom and boil for 10 minutes. After it is boiled wash it with cold water and soak.
- Heat the Cooking oil in the pan and then fry onion till it turns into golden brown.
- Add green chillies,potatoes, pea, mushroom and salt.
- Cover the pan and allow it to cook for 15 minutes. After it is being cooked, add the tomatoes and fry for a minute.
- When the vegetables are properly toasted, add ginger.
- Add three cups of water along with the cheese and allow it to start boil.
- Put off the flame and serve with butter as a topping.
- Serve hot with basmati rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams mushroom
- 3 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 Green chillies, chopped
- 1 inch ginger,grated
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 2 Potatoes cut into round slices
- 1 cup pea, boiled
- 3 tablespoon cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoon Butter
