TAWA - THALI HUWI SUBZEE

Preparation Method :

  • Wash and prepare all the vegetables and leave covered in a bowl.
  • Heat the oil in a deep non-stick frying pan and add the onion seeds, wait until they turn a shade darker and then add the garlic.
  • Lower the heat to medium, add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the crushed red chillies and salt ,cook for further 2 minutes , then add the mint leaves and mix well.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 100 grams sweet corn kernels 
  • ½ teaspoon onion seeds
  • 100 grams mushrooms, roughly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon crushed dried red chillies
  • 70 grams red peppers, roughly sliced 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams cauliflower florets 
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 100 grams fresh or frozen peas 
  • 4 mint leaves to garnish
