TALI HUWI SUBZEE

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a large deep saucepan and add whole spices. Gradually add all the vegetables and sprinkle with the salt.
  • Saute the vegetables for about 5 minutes, stir gently with a slotted steel spoon to prevent them being broken up.
  • Sprinkle over the desiccated coconut and stir it in well.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges, Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds 
  • 5 curry leaves 
  • ½ teaspoon onion seeds 
  • 5 dried red chillies 
  • 3 courgettes, cut into 6mm slices
  • 4 carrots, cut thinly into 2.5cm long pieces
  • 150 grams green beans, cut into 2.5cm pieces 
  • 9 baby corns 
  • 200 grams cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut 
  • Mint leaves and 2 limes, to garnish
