RAW MANGO WITH VEGETABLES

Preparation Method :
- Chop yam, pumpkin and banana into medium square pieces;
- Chop raw mango into medium large pieces.
- Beat yoghurt into lassi.
- Chop drumstick into 3 inch pieces.
- Grate coconut for masala and grind with chillies and curry leaves.
- Pressure-cook the vegetables, salt and turmeric powder for one whistle.
- Add masala paste to the cooked vegetable.
- Stir on medium flame for a couple of minutes; remove and add the yoghurt, coconut oil and curry leaves.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams of yam
- 100 grams of raw banana
- 100 grams of pumpkin
- 16 pieces drumstick
- 200 grams of raw mango
- 400 ml of yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 4 teaspoons coconut oil
- A few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
For masala:
- 200 grams of coconut
- A few curry leaves
- 8 Red chillies
