MIXED VEGETABLE STIR FRY

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan and when hot, add the garlic-ginger slices and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add the broccoli florets to the wok, stir-fry for a minute or two, then add the vegetables and stir-fry for a further 5 minutes or until tender but still crisp.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the wok. Transfer the vegetables to a warmed serving dish.
- Garnish with shredded spring onions and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams mangetout, trimmed
- 100 grams carrots, peeled and cut into thin batons
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 100 grams broccoli florets
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 3-5 garlic cloves, peeled and finely sliced
- 1 inch piece fresh root ginger, peeled and finely sliced
- 4 spring onions, trimmed and shredded, to garnish
Sauce Mixture (Blend)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
