Preparation Method :
- Heat the butter and oil in a deep frying pan, add the whole spices and onion, then stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add all the other vegetables One by one, seasoning and lemon juice. Continue to fry for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
- Remove from the heat and put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish, spread the grated cheese evenly on top and place the sliced tomatoes over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped fresh coriander over the top and bake in a preheated oven (400°F / 200°C / Gas 6) for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- ¼ teaspoon black cumin seeds
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 120 grams potatoes, cut into thin chips
- 100 grams cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 120 grams green beans, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper and Salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 250 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chips coriander
