Preparation Method :
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds and sauté until it turns golden.
- Then add garlic,fry for a minute or till the colour changes. Add onions, stir fry till onions turn brown.
- Add ginger paste and red chilli powder with tomatoes and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add methi , cook for at least 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Finally add beaten curd and adjust seasoning . Mix well and serve hot.

- 250 grams fresh fenugreek leaves( methi)
- 2 tablespoon fresh curd - beaten well
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- 5 flakes garlic - chopped & crushed
- 3 onions - chopped
- 2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tomato - finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
