Preparation Method :
- Chop the vegetable into medium small pieces.
- Grate the coconut.
- Pressure-cook the vegetable with salt for a whistle and keep aside.
- Roast the mustard seeds in oil, add the curry leaves and the vegetables.
- Add sugar and taste to see if the bitterness is removed.
- Now add the freshly grated coconut.
- Serve hot with rice.

- 500 grams of bitter gourd
- 2 tablespoon coconut
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- A few curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
