Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan; add the chickpea mixture with all the dry spices, fried potato fingers and ginger; toss well for about 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with green chillies, dried red chillies and onion rings. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Chickpeas, washed, soaked with soda bi carbonate and cooked with tea bags and discard the tea bags
- 1 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate
- 1 Tea bag
- 150 grams Onion, cut into rings
- 150 grams Potatoes, cut into fingers, fried
- 100 ml Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds, ground
- 2 teaspoon Dried mango powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 2" Ginger piece, julienned, fried
- 2-3 Green chillies
- 1 Dried red chilli, chopped
- Red chilli powder and Salt to taste
