Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add in all the seeds and the dried red chillies, stirring to mix.
- Simmer to low flame and gradually add all of the cauliflower and the salt to the pan.
- Stir-fry the mixture for 7-10 minutes or until the cauliflower florets are thoroughly coated in the spice mixture.
- Add the diced bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry the mixture for about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer the spicy fried cauliflower to a serving dish and serve hot.

- 4-6 dried red chillies
- Salt, to taste
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon onion seeds
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
