FRIED CAULIFLOWER

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add in all the seeds and the dried red chillies, stirring to mix.
  • Simmer to low flame and gradually add all of the cauliflower and the salt to the pan.
  • Stir-fry the mixture for 7-10 minutes or until the cauliflower florets are thoroughly coated in the spice mixture.
  • Add the diced bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry the mixture for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Transfer the spicy fried cauliflower to a serving dish and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 4-6 dried red chillies
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon onion seeds
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
