CAULIFLOWER AND CARROT STIR-FRY

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok or heavy pan and add the bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods and peppercorns with salt .
- Simmer and stir-fry quickly for few seconds.
- Add the carrot batons and cauliflower florets and continue to stir-fry for at least 5 minutes.
- Add the peas, lemon juice and chopped coriander and cook for further 4-5 minutes. Serve garnished with the whole coriander leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large carrots , into thin finger- batons
- 1 small cauliflower, into small florets
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 50 grams frozen peas, thawed
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1½ tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cloves
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 3 cardamom pods
- 4 black peppercorns
- Salt to taste
