BALTI CAULIFLOWER WITH SWEET CORN

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a wok or heavy pan and stir the curry leaves and the onion seeds for about 10 -20 seconds.
  • Dice the onions finely. Slit the chili, scrape out the seeds and then slice the chili thinly.
  • Add the onions and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Then add the chili, frozen sweet corn and cauliflower florets and stir fry for 8- 10 minutes.
  • Toss with the mint leaves and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 small onions
  • 1 fresh red chilli
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 4 curry leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon onion seeds
  • 150 grams frozen sweet corn
  • ½ small cauliflower, separated into florets
  • 5 mint leaves
