Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and add all the vegetables with salt, pepper and aji-no-moto.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Add it to the vegetables.
- Stir fry low flame for 5 minutes or until almost dry. Serve hot, sprinkled with chilli powder.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small cabbage - shredded into thin strips
- 1 carrot - shredded into thin strips
- 2 green chillies - shredded into thin strips
- 1 capsicum - shredded into thin strips
- 50 ml Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon aji-no-moto
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornflour with ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1½ tablespoon vinegar
