STIR FRIED CABBAGE

Preparation Method :
- Reheat the pan with little oil. Add the cabbage and the ground paste. Stir well.
- Mix the grated coconut and adjust seasoning. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 550 grams Cabbage, finely shredded
- 75 grams Onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
- 25 grams grated Coconut
- ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon Split black gram
- 3-4 Green chillies, chopped
- A few Curry leaves
Grind to a paste and Saute together until golden brown
- 25 grams grated Coconut
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
- 5-6 Black peppercorns
- ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon Aniseed
- 5-6 Garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
