Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan; add the onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes till soft.
- Add the cabbage, green chilli, and salt. Mix well. Cover with a deep metal lid. Pour some water on the lid and cook the cabbage in its own juices for 10 minutes till soft, but not mushy.
- Add the coconut and mix well. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams Cabbage finely shredded
- 20 ml Peanut oil
- 1 Onion, medium, sliced
- ½ teaspoon / 3 cloves Garlic (lasan), minced (optional)
- 1 Green chilli, minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons grated Coconut.
