Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan; add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 2-3 minutes or until soft.
- Add the cabbage, green chilli, adjust seasoning with salt. Mix well. Cover with a deep metal lid.
- Pour some water on the lid and cook the cabbage in its own juices for about 10-12 minutes or until soft, but not mushy.
- Add the coconut and mix well. Serve hot.

- 500 grams Cabbage, finely shredded
- 50 grams Onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 25 grams Coconut, grated
- 2- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Green chilli, minced
- Salt, to taste
