Preparation Method :
- Melt the fat in a pan and fry the cumin seeds and dried chilies until it splutter .
- Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and carrots and stir-fry until the cabbage is soft.
- Finally, stir in the salt and sprinkle the lemon juice and serve at once.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 50 grams ghee or butter
- ½ teaspoon white cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 7 dried red chillies, to taste
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Salt to taste
