Preparation Method :
- Slice the kohlrabi, radishes and carrot horizontally into paper-thin circles. Place in a shallow serving bowl.
- Whisk the citrus juices with the salt, pepper and oils Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well. Leave to stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Add the chives and walnuts just before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 small kohlrabi, peeled
- 6 large radishes
- 2 large carrot
- 4 teaspoon orange juice
- 4 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper
- 5 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon walnut oil
- 2 tablespoon snipped chives
- 50 grams shelled walnuts, chopped coarsely
