KARAHI SHREDDED CABBAGE WITH CUMIN

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil and butter in a deep frying pan and add the crushed coriander seeds, white cumin seeds and dried red chillies.
- Add the shredded cabbage and mange-tout and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced fresh red chillies, baby corn cobs and salt, fry for a further 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with the toasted almonds and fresh coriander and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 50 grams ghee or butter
- ½ teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
- ½ teaspoon white cumin seeds
- 6 dried red chillies
- 1 small savoy cabbage, shredded
- 10 -12 mange-touts
- 3 fresh red chillies, seeded and sliced
- 10 baby corn cobs
- Salt, to taste
- 30 grams flaked almonds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
