CABBAGE BAKED IN GREEN SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Melt butter on low flame in a heavy pan. Add flour and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Add coriander and chilli paste and then add in milk stirring continuously for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cabbage, cook for a few minutes and add cheese. Adjust seasoning.
- Transfer to a serving dish, greased with a little butter.
- Arrange tomato slices and sprinkle bread crumbs.
- Bake until colour changes to golden on top.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ of a small cabbage - shredded into thin strips
- 75 grams chopped coriander
- 1 green chilli
- 50 grams maida
- 60 grams butter
- 400 ml milk
- 1 ¾ tablespoon cheese - grated
- 1 tomato - sliced
- 3 tablespoon dry bread crumbs
