Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. Simmer and add cumin seeds. Fry till golden.
- Add in ginger and green chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and amchur. Saute it for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then add broccoli, Stir fry for 5 minutes. Cover and cook till done.
- Transfer to a serving platter and Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams broccoli - broken into medium sized florets
- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1" piece ginger - cut into match sticks
- 2 fresh red or green chillies - deseeded & cut into long pieces
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon amchur
- Salt to taste
