TASTY BROCCOLI

Serves :
4

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. Simmer and add cumin seeds. Fry till golden.
  • Add in ginger and green chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and amchur. Saute it for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add broccoli, Stir fry for 5 minutes. Cover and cook till done.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams broccoli - broken into medium sized florets
  • 50 ml Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 
  • 1" piece ginger - cut into match sticks 
  • 2 fresh red or green chillies - deseeded & cut into long pieces
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala 
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon amchur
  • Salt to taste
