BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC & SOYA SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Add in broccoli with salt , sugar and measured water into a pan. Allow it to boil for at least 2 minutes till it is cooked but firm to bite. Strain and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan , simmer ,add garlic and green chillies followed by soya sauce and tomato sauce. Fry till garlic changes colour. Remove from fire.
- Add coriander and broccoli , adjust seasoning and stir-fry for 5 minutes..
- Sprinkle some more soya sauce if needed and Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams broccoli - broken into medium florets with long stalks
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 6 flakes garlic - crushed
- 1 green chilli - deseeded & chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoon tomato ketchup
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
