GREEN BEANS WITH SWEET CORN

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a karahi or heavy pan for about 30 seconds, then add the mustard seeds and onion Stir-fry for at least 2 minutes.
- Add the corn, red kidney beans and green beans. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the red chilli, chopped garlic and ginger, coriander and salt and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Transfer the vegetables to a serving dish and serve ,garnished the diced tomato.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 50 grams frozen corn
- 50 grams canned red kidney beans, drained
- 150 grams frozen green beans
- 1 fresh red chilli, seeded and diced
- 2 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 in piece fresh root ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- Salt to taste
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced, to garnish
