Preparation Method :
- Chop vegetables fine and separately.
- Chop coriander leaves finely.
- Slit green chilly.
- Heat the oil and allow the mustard seeds to splutter; add green chilly, brinjal, onions and tomatoes. Stir well and add turmeric powder, sambhar powder, asafoetida, salt and a little water. Pressure-cook for a whistle.
- Open lid and keep over fire for thickness. Add the tamarind extract and boil for a minute.
- Add ghee, coriander leaves and remove from fire.
- Serve hot with Idli or Dosa.

- 100 grams of Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon Ghee or dalda
- Salt to taste
