YOGURT CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Mix the yogurt and gram flour together.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the cumin, ground coriander, garlic and chillies and fry for a minute.
- Stir in the yogurt mixture with turmeric. Add salt to taste and cook, uncovered for about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the chopped fresh coriander and the curry leaves, cook for further 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with curry leaves and chilli rings. Transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons gram flour
- 25 ml Coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1-2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Few curry leaves
- Curry leaves, to garnish
- 1 red chilli, cut into rings, to garnish
