YOGURT CURRY

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the yogurt and gram flour together.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the cumin, ground coriander, garlic and chillies and fry for a minute.
  • Stir in the yogurt mixture with turmeric. Add salt to taste and cook, uncovered for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add the chopped fresh coriander and the curry leaves, cook for further 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with curry leaves and chilli rings. Transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons gram flour
  • 25 ml Coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1-2 red chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • Few curry leaves
  • Curry leaves, to garnish
  • 1 red chilli, cut into rings, to garnish
