YAM CURRY

Preparation Method :

  • Grate coconut and Chop the vegetable into medium square pieces.
  • Pressure-cook the vegetable in salt and a little water for a whistle.
  • Add this to the roasted mustard seeds.
  • Serve with freshly grated coconut.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of yam
  • 2 tablespoon coconut
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 4tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
