VEGETABLES IN SOUR YOGHURT

Preparation Method :
- yam, raw banana and ash gourd into medium square pieces.
 - Boil the colacassia, peel and chop into half.
 - Beat yoghurt (sour).
 - Grate coconut for paste and grind with green chillies in to a fine paste.
 - Pressure-cook vegetables with salt and pepper powder for a whistle.
 - Stir over medium fire.
 - Heat oil and allow mustard seeds to splutter; add methi and red chilly. Mix with vegetable gravy.
 - Add yoghurt and masala paste. Stir over fire for 2 minutes and remove.
 - Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams of yam
 - 150 grams of raw banana
 - 150grams of ash gourd
 - 100 grams of colacassia
 - 2 teaspoon pepper powder
 - 250 ml of Yoghurt
 - 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
 - 1 teaspoon Methi
 - 2 Red chillies
 - Salt to taste
 
Make into paste
- 150 grams of coconut
 - 6 Green chillies
