TOFU IN YOGURT CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Cut the tofu into large cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add the chopped ginger, pureed tomatoes and salt and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the chilli powder, coriander and turmeric and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the yogurt and green chilli and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the tofu, garam masala and coriander leaves and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams tofu
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 5cm piece root ginger, chopped
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes, pureed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 250 grams natural low-fat yogurt, whisked
- 2 green chilli, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
