SOUTH INDIAN MIXED VEGETABLES CURRY

- Grind the Coconut, the Green Chillis and the Cumin Seeds, mix them together and make a fine paste by adding a little water. Then mix the Curd to the Ground Paste.
 - Now peel and chop all the Vegetables in small pieces.
 - Cook the Vegetables separately.
 - Then mix all the cooked Vegetables with the Salt and the Turmeric Powder. Add the paste to it and heat it all up. Add the ½ cup of Coconut Oil and the Curry Leaves and mix well.
 - Do not heat up after you add these last ingredients.
 - Serve hot with rice.

- 250 Grams of Yam
 - 250 Grams of Ash Gourd
 - 3 Raw Bananas
 - 3 Drumsticks
 - 2 Potatoes
 - 200 grams of Shelled peas
 - 200 grams of Sour Curds
 - 1 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
 - A Few Curry Leaves
 - 100 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
 - Salt to taste as desired
 - 200 ml grated Coconut
 - 10 Green Chillis
 - 1 Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
