Preparation Method :
- Deep fry cauliflower pieces into Sesame oil till it turn golden.
- Grind tomato, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, muskmelon seeds and raisins into a paste form saute it with a spoon of oil.
- Heat oil in a pan, add fried cauliflower, Grounded paste, cream and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and Garnish with coriander leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cauliflower, cut into pieces
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoon Cream
- 2 Teaspoon Cashew nut pieces
- 2 Teaspoon muskmelon seeds
- 12 Pieces of soaked and peeled Almonds
- 12 Pieces of Raisins
- Few chopped fresh Coriander leaves
- Salt and Red Chilli Powder to taste
- ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
- Sesame Oil for frying
