Preparation Method :
- Grease a non-stick frying-pan with cooking spray and stir-fry the beans and mushrooms for about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the curry sauce, cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach for a minute to wilt into the curry and serve.

- 500 grams vegetable curry sauce
- 100 grams French beans, trimmed and halved
- 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
- Low-fat cooking spray
- 100 grams baby spinach
