Preparation Method :
- Shell peas.
- Chop onion finely.
- Pressure-cook peas in salt water for greenness and keep aside.
- Roast the mustard seeds in oil and add the onion and curry leaves.
- Roast for 3 minutes until light golden in colour.
- Add peas, stir.
- Serve hot with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 grams of peas
- 200 grams of onion
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- A few curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
