ONIONS COOKED WITH YOGURT

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok; sauté cumin seeds for a few seconds.
- Add the ginger and garlic pastes, sauté till well browned.
- Mix the Dried spices with half a cup water and yogurt. Add this to the pan and fry well.
- When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, add the onions and stir well.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Onions, cut into big pieces
- 90 ml Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste
- Red chilli powder and Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 200 ml Water
- 50 grams Yogurt
