Preparation Method :
- Grind thechopped tomato, onion, garlic, green chilli,sweet corn to make coarse paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add okra and saute it well.
- Add the paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and mix well.
- Once the gravy done, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams okra
- 100 grams sweet corn
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 4 teaspoon sesame oil
- Few coriander leaves
