MUSHROOMS IN YOGURT SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Grease a non-stick frying pan and heat. Put the mushrooms in and stir-fry over high heat till only a little moisture remains.
- Take care that the mushrooms do not dry up. Remove from heat and allow the mushrooms to cool. Pour in the spiced beaten yogurt and mix.
- Serve hot garnished with slit green chillies and accompanied with rice or roti.
INGREDIENTS
- 220 grams Button mushrooms, washed, pat dry and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2-3 Green chillies, slit lengthwise
Yogurt Mixture
- ¾ teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 150 grams Yogurt, whisked
- A pinch Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder and salt, to taste
