MIXED VEGETABLE IN YOGHURT GRAVY

Preparation Method :
- Chop all vegetables into 3" long shapes.
- Beat yoghurt into lassi Grate coconut.
- Soak rice for 15 minutes in water and grind finely with chillies and coconut.
- Pressure-cook vegetables in salt water for a whistle.
- Add yoghurt and the ground paste and stir over medium fire until it thickens.
- Add a little water if required. Remove from fire, and add coconut oil and curry leaves.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg ash Gourd
- 15 pieces drumstick
- 250 grams of brinjal
- 250 grams of carrot
- 150 grams of yam
- 250grams of Raw banana
- 150 grams of curry leaves
- 300 ml of Yoghurt
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil
- Salt to taste
Masala
- 500 grams of coconut
- 4 tablespoons Rice
- 10 Green chilllies
