MASALA BEANS WITH FENUGREEK

Preparation Method :
- Add the roughly chopped onion with the cumin and coriander, sesame seeds, chilli powder, garlic, turmeric and salt into a food processor and process to a rough paste.
- In a wok or large pan, heat the oil over a medium heat and fry the spice paste for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the tomato with the blanched French beans, fresh fenugreek and chopped coriander.
- Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes, sprinkle in the lemon juice and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams French (green) beans, blanched
- 1 bunch fresh fenugreek leaves, stems discarded
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 tomato, quartered
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1½ teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt, to taste
- 50 grams chopped fresh coriander
