Preparation Method :
- Chop yam, potato and ash gourd into small square pieces.
- Grate coconut and grind coarsely with chilly powder.
- Pressure-cook vegetables with chana dal adding salt and turmeric powder, for 1 whistle.
- Heat oil, and allow mustard seeds to splutter; add urad dal and curry leaves.
- Mix this with the vegetables.
- Add the paste to the mixture; stir well, allow water to evaporate before removing from fire.
- Serve hot.

- 100 grams of yam
- 100 grams of ash gourd
- 100 grams of potato
- 100 grams of peas
- 200 grams of chana dal
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon urad dal
- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
- A few curry leaves
- 100 grams of coconut
- 1 teaspoon chilly powder
- Salt to taste
