JACKFRUIT AND POTATO CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan; add the jackfruit and potatoes, sauté for 10 minutes and keep aside.
- Reheat the oil, add onions, ginger-garlic paste and the Dried spices. Saute for about 3-5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook till the oil separates from the sides of the wok.
- Add jackfruit, potatoes, salt and water. Cook till the vegetables turn tender.
INGREDIENTS
- 350 grams Jackfruit, diced
- 150 grams Potatoes, diced
- 100 ml Cooking oil
- 50 grams Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- Red chilli powder and Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 75 grams Tomatoes, chopped
- 350 ml Water
