INSTANT YOGHURT GRAVY

Preparation Method :
- Chop green chillies into fine pieces.
- Red chilly halved.
- Chop ginger and coriander leaves finely.
- Beat yoghurt into lassi.
- Add beaten yoghurt, chana dal flour, tumeric powder, asafoetida, salt and curry leaves. Mix and keep aside.
- Heat oil and allow mustard seeds to splutter. Add methi, red chilly, green chillies, ginger and stir.
- Add these to the yoghurt mixture. Stir in medium fire until it thickens.
- Serve hot with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 ml of Yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon chana dal flour
- A pinch turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 10 Methi
- 2 Red chilly
- 4 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon of Cooking oil
- A few curry leaves
- Coriander leaves for garnisasafoetida
- Salt to taste
