Preparation Method :
- Grind the peas to a thick paste,without adding water.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds. When they begin to pop up, add green chilli paste, onion and sauté till the onion turns light brown in color.
- Add tomato paste and saute till the mixture is dry.
- Add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder.
- Once the masala starts leaving out the oil, add the green peas paste to the same and mix well.
- Simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now, add two glasses of water to the same and let it boil in high flame for 2-3 minutes.

- 1 kg Fresh Green Peas, boiled
- 2 Big Onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, ground to a fine paste
- 2 Green Chillies, ground to a fine paste
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ a teaspoon turmeric powder
- 5 teaspoons cooking oil
- Salt
