GARLIC CURRY

Preparation Method :

  • Adjust seasoning with salt and add the garlic, onions and green chillies. Cook until the garlic cloves become tender.
  • Stir in the lemon juice just before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams, Garlic, whole, large cloves
  • 300 ml thick coconut milk
  • 250 grams Onions, small, whole
  • 100 grams Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds  
  • 8-10 Green chillies, slit into two
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Red chilli powder and Salt to taste
  • Few Curry leaves
