Preparation Method :
- Adjust seasoning with salt and add the garlic, onions and green chillies. Cook until the garlic cloves become tender.
- Stir in the lemon juice just before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams, Garlic, whole, large cloves
- 300 ml thick coconut milk
- 250 grams Onions, small, whole
- 100 grams Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
- 8-10 Green chillies, slit into two
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Red chilli powder and Salt to taste
- Few Curry leaves
