DRUMSTICK CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Peel off the hard outer fibre of the drumsticks.
- Heat the oil in a pan; saute the onion till soft. Add the ground spice paste and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the drumsticks. Stir well. Add grounded paste with the cup of water and salt.
- Cook covered on low heat until done.
- Add vinegar and cook for 2 minutes more. Adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 10 Drumsticks cut into 2 inch pieces
Grind to a smooth paste with a little water
- 100 grams grated Coconut
- 4 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
- 100 ml Cooking oil
- 1 large Onion finely sliced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoons Vinegar
