DRUMSTICK CURRY

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Peel off the hard outer fibre of the drumsticks.
  • Heat the oil in a pan; saute the onion till soft. Add the ground spice paste and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add the drumsticks. Stir well. Add grounded paste with the cup of water and salt.
  • Cook covered on low heat until done.
  • Add vinegar and cook for 2 minutes more. Adjust seasoning. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Drumsticks cut into 2 inch pieces

Grind to a smooth paste with a little water

  • 100 grams grated Coconut
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 100 ml Cooking oil
  • 1 large Onion finely sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoons Vinegar
