Preparation Method :
- Heat a pan add oil, add chopped onion, fry till turns pink, then add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder stir it and add tomatoes. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add spinach puree and cream cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add 2 cups boiled vegetables, garam masala and cook for 5 minutes. Then add grated paneer and the green gravy vegetable is complete.
- Soak kaju and magaj in hot water then grind in a mixer for a fine white paste.
- Heat a pan add oil, tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes then add ginger, garlic paste, add salt, red chilli powder, haldi , garam masala, white paste and cook for more 5 minutes.
- Then add cream, mawa kasuri, methi and sugar cook. Then add 2 cup boiled vegetables and stir well, and then add grated paneer and butter.
- Take a platter arrange green gravy in centre and around it the red gravy.
- Garnish it with fresh cream; coriander, and grated paneer, in center decorate it with tomato and green chilli.
INGREDIENTS
- 800 grams chopped boiled vegetables (carrot, beans, peas and cauliflower)
For Green Gravy:
- 300 grams spinach (boiled and pureed)
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tomatos chopped
- 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh cream
- 2 tablespoon grated paneer
- 1½ tablespoon Cooking oil
For Red Gravy
- 400 ml blanched tomato puree
- 15 kaju
- 2 tablespoon tarbooj magaj
- 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 50 grams mawa
- 3 tablespoon cream
- 3 teaspoon kasturi methi
- 1½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon grated paneer
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 25 grams butter
For garnishing
- Fresh coriander, cream, grated paneer, tomato and green chilli
