CRUMBLED RAW BANANA CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Chop banana into half with skin and cook for a whistle in a pressure-pan.
- Remove skin and crumble.
- Chop green chillies into small pieces.
- Chop ginger into long thin pieces Grate coconut.
- Prepare the same way as for the potato podimaas adding the grated coconut with it.
- Serve hot or cooled.

- 800 grams of Banana
- 4 tablespoons Coconut
- 4 Green chillies
- 2" piece Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Urad dal
- Curry leaves a few
- Salt to taste
