CRUMBLED RAW BANANA CURRY

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Chop banana into half with skin and cook for a whistle in a pressure-pan.
  • Remove skin and crumble.
  • Chop green chillies into small pieces.
  • Chop ginger into long thin pieces Grate coconut.
  • Prepare the same way as for the potato podimaas adding the grated coconut with it.
  • Serve hot or cooled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 800 grams of Banana
  • 4 tablespoons Coconut
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 2" piece Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad dal
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Salt to taste
